Troubleshooting Tips:
This version of the Rinseroo is for use on showerheads and sink faucets, not for tub spouts. If you need a hose for your tub spout, consider purchasing our tub version.
If the connector is ballooning up with water:
• Attach the connector so that there is no gap between the water source and hose.
• Reduce the water flow and allow the water to flow completely thru the hose before increasing pressure.
• The Rinseroo works with gravity. (Keep the hose below the water source as much as possible. If you need to move it above the water source, use an up and down motion to reduce pooling)
If water is flowing from the back of the rubber connector:
• Roll the rubber connector down onto itself to create a snug fit and attach
• Affix strap tightly
• Reduce the water flow

Important Sink Warning: Before using, please check your sink's plumbing setup. This product is not recommended for use on sinks with pivot rod style plumbing. The pivot rod system may allow water backflow to accumulate under the sink, which could cause damage. Please ensure your sink does not use this type of plumbing before attaching the product.
